Salted Caramel Ice Cream Cheesecake

Much effort and focus first goes to the production of our rich buttery salted caramel before we make this cake.  Our caramel well deserves to be the centre of attention in this item.  The crumbly base is made to wall up the sides to create a tart-like bottom and then well coated with caramel.  The cream cheese ice cream is then well swirled with more caramel.  This item is sweet, but certainly a worthy treat on a special occasion (or just to brighten up your day!)
