As all our items are made upon order, please order at least 1 day in advance by 6pm for next day delivery by 5pm. Please clearly indicate your requested date & time of delivery in the optional "add note to seller" box during your checkout. We will call you to reconfirm purchase details once your order is received.
However, we understand that sometimes 'things just happen', so for urgent orders, please call us directly to enquire.
Remember that all our cakes are ice cream! So please store the cake in the freezer (at least -15C) immediately upon delivery.

Orders of HKD 500 or more are entitled to free delivery.

How do I return an item?
As part of our customer service commitment, we strongly advise our customers to choose their items carefully as Delish-us doesn't accept refunds or exchanges. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective or incorrectly delivered. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
